St. Andrew’s client base includes the American Cancer Society, the American Lung Association, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Hershey Medical Center, the Hospital and Health-System Association of Pennsylvania, the York County Prison and over one hundred other organizations throughout the United States.

Our specific, mass customized. self-service learning applications, part of St. Andrew’s Wellness Suite product offerings, include the following:

• The American Cancer Society WellnessLink Portal - Since 1995 St. Andrew has been the sole developer, provider and sustainer of the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) WellnessLink program. The application is designed as an outreach tool to increase ACS brand awareness and reach into communities where the message of cancer prevention and early detection often goes unheard or undirected. Using a combination of web and self-service based kiosks, the WellnessLink has reached tens of millions of users during its years in service.
• The Women's Wellness Guide - The hallmark of St. Andrew's development efforts in 2007, this web and self service kiosk based learning application offers women a single stop to get information regarding their health. It includes information on cancer, heart disease and stroke, asthma, obesity, diet and nutrition, depression, domestic violence and osteoporosis. Currently deployed in over 10 locations throughout Pennsylvania and experiencing outstanding utilization as well as self-assessment results. • Babies' Breath - A Mother's First Gift of Love - This pilot health education product offers positive advice to pregnant women and their support team on the many benefits of refraining from smoking during pregnancy and beyond. With vibrant graphics, sounds and layout, the program captures the positive mood of pregnancy and avoids the "naughty you" approach so often taken toward maternal smoking. The PA Department of Public Health, Penn State University and March of Dimes all participated in the creation of the pilot program which is currently setting usage records in trial locations throughout Pennsylvania.
• The Youth Tobacco Prevention Portal – Since 2003, St. Andrew, in cooperation with the American Lung Association, has deployed a self-service kiosk education application in schools throughout Pennsylvania. Over 100 schools have been beneficiaries of information crafted by the PA Department of Health and other experts in the field of youth smoking. The web and kiosk based application also includes a dynamic, award winning game for youth to play that give users different perspectives on smoking and its perils as well as proven prevention strategies and accessible cessation resources.
• The Women’s Breast Health Portal – In cooperation with Emory University, the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the American Cancer Society, St. Andrew designed, developed, deployed and continues to sustain the Women’s Breast Health Portal. Focused primarily at the underserved community, the self-service kiosk based application permits clinicians to direct users to a self-guided interaction with cancer information presented in a non-threatening, multi-media manner to maximize the retention of information and prompt action.

• Heroes Need Protection, Too Portal  - Working with leaders in the area of first response, St. Andrew designed, developed and deployed a multimedia application specifically for the first responder community, initially addressing the issue of hepatitis C infection and eventually expanding into steps to take to assure protection in the event of catastrophic event including biological, nuclear, incendiary, chemical or explosive event. The web and self-service kiosk based application has been used by first-responders Emergency Medical Technicians, Firefighters, Police Officers, and other emergency response professionals throughout the United States and by health departments to educate their staff in matters of hepatitis training for the public.

• Attack Asthma Portal – The American Lung Association created an easily understood curriculum related to asthma that St. Andrew adapted for use in a self-service kiosk environment. The application promotes an understanding of asthma detection and control of the disease and also promotes the ALA as advocates of asthmatics.

• Leap Frog Book on Asthma – St. Andrew’s project team includes the authors of the best selling Leap Frog book on asthma. Meet the Amazing Broncholis the first health education book for the LeapPad learning system. This interactive story about asthma boosts a child's knowledge and confidence—the first steps to successfully managing asthma. Children enjoy the antics of a zany circus family who has asthma while learning about health and managing asthma.

• Asthma Friendly Schools Tool Kit – St. Andrew, under the auspices of the American Lung Association, developed a fully interactive application for school nurses and administrators to use in matters of asthma case management. The web and CD ROM based application is an amalgamation of research, reference and guidance on asthma related organizations.

• The Patient Safety Portal for Patients and Staff – Using plain-language learning technology tools, the PS2PS offers both entities practical, potentially life-saving, empowering information on safe patient handling topics such as hand, hygiene, medication reconciliation, positive patient identification, glove handling techniques and positive verification of the correct surgical site. PS2PS is syndicated through Care Pages, the leading supplier of patient communication services to over 700 hospital systems nationwide.
