In doing this, St. Andrew Development continues to pioneer new technologies in the development of practical, user centered learning fulfillment centers and "mass customization" knowledge techniques. Using these technologies, techniques and delivery platforms, thousands of people are able to access life-saving information that would be otherwise unavailable to them.
